Meet Our Staff

Pastor Victor is married to his wife, Wilsina, and together they have 3 children. Pastor Victor became the Lead Pastor in 2023.

Darwin leads us in worship every Sunday. He is married to his wife Dawn. They became part of the team in 2018.

Cristian Erickson works with our teens to guide them to a relationship with Christ.  Cristian with his wife, Cassie, are a team to meet the teens where they are.  

Jill Smith-Sivyer is the Office Manager/Secretary for Charlotte New Hope Church. She is a member of the Praise and Worship Team and the Missions Team.
